- Team Leadership: Cultivate a strong leadership team to ensure high performance, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and wellness.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the company in all stakeholder engagements, including with customers, business partners, governments, and the public, enhancing the organization's profile.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing, ensuring transparency and efficiency in financial management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Extensive experience in a senior management role within the wellness, healthcare, or related industry, with a proven track record of successful leadership and business growth.
- Strong understanding of the health and wellness market dynamics in the APAC region.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful strategic plans.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
