Lay Administration Staff

The Lay Administration Staff - Communications and Media is responsible for the effective communication, publicity and promotion of the Church’s programs, events and activities.
**The primary responsibilities will include**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Maintain and manage the church website.
- Manage social media platforms and live streaming of services.
- Assist in marketing and publication of collaterals (digital and printed) for church events, archiving of church records which includes the weekly e-bulletin, PPT Slides, greeting cards, banners, posters, videos etc.
- Maintain the notice boards and physical displays.
- Provide Basic AV support for church events and services.
- Manage photography for church activities.
- Any other duties assigned by the Pastor-in-Charge.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Diploma or degree in digital media, mass communication, multimedia or related disciplines.
- Minimum two years’ experience in corporate communications or marketing with hands-on social media management portfolio.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Knowledge of website management and content management systems.
- Strong command of spoken and written English essential.
- Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage to create Chinese social media contents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software like Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Basic photography skills and knowledge of photographic equipment is an advantage.
- Must be able to work on Sundays.
