**About the role**:
Sleek is hiring for dynamic Global Content Lead to drive content led growth across all our 4 markets
- Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK. If you have a passion for written communication, possess exceptional knowledge of SEO-driven content strategies, and can craft compelling, meaningful content, this role is for you. As the Global Content Lead, your responsibility is to grow organic customer acquisition by boosting traffic through blogs, long-form content, and lead magnets. We're looking for a team player who excels in effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement content strategy across diverse markets.
- Position Sleek as an industry thought leader through strategic content creation.
- Conduct regular keyword research to identify trending terms, ensuring our content resonates with target audiences and stay ahead of market trends.
- Create concise outlines and detailed briefs, laying the foundation for impactful content that aligns with our strategic goals
- Lead the creation of customer guides and templates for actionable lead conversion.
- Refresh outdated content to maintain relevance.
- Build blog authority through backlinking initiatives.
- Regularly audit and enhance published content for improved conversions.

**Requirements**:

- SEO expert familiar with SEMrush, GSC, AHrefs, and Google Analytics.
- Proven startup experience as a content lead.
- Embrace an experimentation mindset.
- Applicants must possess proven experience and knowledge in leveraging AI technologies for scaling content strategies and operations.
- Highly data-driven, adept at leveraging technology for content creation.
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on, action-oriented approach.
- Organised, self motivated, with the ability to define goals and prioritise on what’s most impactful for business.
