JOB TITLE: Customer Ops Executive

LOCATION: Singapore

MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

- Maintain the adopted reporting in Customer Development department.
- Ensure Customer Development Reporting is timely updated, modified and upgraded based on requirements.
- Create the beneficial cooperation with cross-functional departments.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Responsible for the proper and timely communication of reported data throughout Customer Development department.
- Arrange effective day-to-day work to meet the reporting deadlines
- Responsible for the timely production of reporting adopted in Customer Development department:

- Stock Report monitoring and cascading to Ops Team (i.e., merchandisers x13 pax)
- Inventory check reporting
- Primary/Secondary Sales
- OSA (on shelf availability) auditing
- Management of merchandisers team, store feedback and new product launches and existing distribution
- Negotiation of space buys and execution of space buys in store

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

- 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer development, account management, field sales or trade category management
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field
- Strong reporting and data accuracy skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Developed Analytical and Problem Solving abilities
- Capability to work under the time pressure
