**Talent Acquisition/Development Specialist
We are seeking an accomplished and driven Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to join the vibrant team at WOKE.PARTNERS. In this multifaceted role, you will not only identify and attract exceptional talent but also contribute significantly to their professional growth and development. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce to align with our company's vision and long-term objectives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, craft comprehensive job descriptions, and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather valuable feedback from interviewers, and facilitate a transparent decision-making process.
- Proactively build a robust pipeline of qualified talent, addressing both immediate and future hiring needs.
- Drive talent development initiatives, collaborating with managers to create professional growth plans, learning opportunities, and succession strategies for our existing team members.

**Requirements**:

- A'levels or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a dynamic.
- Solid understanding of recruitment practices, techniques, and tools, combined with a deep passion for talent development.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficienct in Social media marketing, and developing career learning plans
- Proactive and positive attitude with a collaborative mindset. A genuine commitment to promoting Manpower, Learning & Development Growth.
