**Summary**:

- Responsible for delivering excellent service to all guests to ensure the overall experience is in line with Tipsy Collective standards.
- Manage Host Team to ensure all guests are receiving a top-notch experience, with special attention to VIPs.
- Create and enhance the VIP experience to build loyalty and increase customer satisfaction.
- All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with all Tipsy Collective policies and procedures.

**Job Duties**:

- Monitor and anticipate VIP needs and identify new opportunities.
- Input data into CRM system and help build accurate customer profiles
- Execute outreach initiatives
- Encourage loyalty and increase customer satisfaction levels
- Report on customer service opportunities and complaints
- Complete knowledge of venue floorplan, table numbers, and seating procedures
- Capturing guest details and imputing properly into the CRM system whenever possible
- Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner
- Team scheduling and rotation
- Successfully communicate with management team
- Working with all relevant teams to execute bottle presentations
- Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis throughout the day
- Capture real time images and videos for marketing purposes

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to communicate in English with guests and co-workers. Additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledgeable in Offices and POS systems.
- Consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance, posture, and hygiene.
- Make-up, hair, and all stylings should be in line with Tipsy Unicorn standards.
- Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while always upholding a warm and friendly persona.
- Requires a strong knowledge of all venues and amenities that are available company wide.
- Willing to work in a party atmosphere that can be loud and high energy.
- Able to work on your feet for hours at a time.
- Punctual and detail oriented.
