**Job Description**:
The position holder will focus on HR operations for SEA market. The general responsibilities includes:
Talent Attraction
- Handle new joiners orientation for on boarding and preparing orientation schedule
- Manage employee referral program planning and implementation
- Facilitate in employer branding by involving in career fairs
- Facilitate annual appraisal process

Talent Management and Succession Planning
- Facilitate people review sessions and succession planning process amongst Asia Pacific

Employee Engagement
- Facilitate annual employee engagement survey conducted by HQ in the region
- Prepare, plan and implement employee bonding events

Compensation and Benefits Design
- Maintain employee benefits program
- Facilitate salary revision exercise and promotions review
- Assist in job levelling and compensation review exercises

HR Operations
- Update and maintain HR information system
- Provide day to day HR support and office administration service
- Assist in budget process for manpower costs
- Prepare HR reporting and organization chart
- Part of the safety committee to manage workplace health and safety program

**Job Experience & Requirements**
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business / Human Resource
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR and administration
- Good spoken and written English
- Knowledge Singapore Labour Laws and HR practices
- Experience in SAP HR would be advantageous
- To commit to 1 year contract
