The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

With millions of loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and exciting e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design user journey for TikTok Shop, catered to the user behavior of target market, including but not limited to scenarios like user traffic, product discovery and transaction process.
- Focus on the varying user behaviors and habits of the target market, bring better user experience and/or product solutions tailored to the target market to drive business value, so as to enhance customer satisfaction and improve business efficiency as a platform.
- Deep dive into what customer of the target market really wants, able to think like a customer and provide solutions to pain points.
- Communicate product vision and porosities to cross-functional teams, and coordinate across larger teams to achieve the end goal.
- Bachelor’s Degree and above, 5+ experience in customer-facing product, and experience in e-commerce is preferred.
- Sensitive to user insight, an expert in industry trends and competition, love to work with numbers, able to think abstractly.
- Passion for products built for global markets, accept to work overseas for business trips.
- Outstanding written/oral proficiency in English, experience in building global product or overseas educational background is preferred.
