E-commerce / Customer Service

**E-commerce**:
- Daily operations include preparing orders and packing orders
- Listing / managing E-Commerce online platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok etc)
- Attending to customer enquries on online platforms
- Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/platforms
- Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
- Work closely with different teams (product management, graphics, sales) to provide updated content that will be sharedacross e-Commerce platforms.
- Handle on screen and backend livestreams
**Customer Service**:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfactionn
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Manage showroom for walk in enquiries and servicing
**Requirements and skills**:
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Willing to appear on screen will be a bonus
**Working Hours**:
- 5 Day Work (Saturday included)
- Working hours: 9am - 5pm
