Operation Supervisor / Executive to lead and manage a team of FSV drivers to ensure delivery to all FSV customers on time.
- To ensure drivers are deployed in an efficient manner to achieve timely delivery.
- To plan routes for all new customers and update in system.
- To manage the fulfilment rate of all deliveries (direct and indirect) and take proactive steps to improve.
- To provide backup delivery support & manage the service recovery when needs arise.
- To maintain relationships with partners/suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- To manage and coach drivers on products handling and crate returns tracking.
- To ensure daily invoices routed to admin for file and submission to customers.
- To ensure operational readiness of trucks is meeting our internal standards. ie. Maintaining optimal temperature at all times for product safety considerations.
- To ensure trucks on route are optimally maintained and meeting service/cleanliness standards.
- To conduct random/periodic checks on distributors operations with regards to cold chain and handling of goods.
- To conduct periodic checks on driver’s accommodation to meet all compliant requirements as per MOM’s policy
