Singapore AEB (ASIA PACIFIC) PTE LTD Full time

As a Junior Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing 1st, 2nd or 3rd level Customer Support. The role will focus on investigating and resolving customers' user / product / technical issues as well as providing support to the internal organisation to ensure everything is in place in order to meet the needs of our customers efficiently.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Service Case Management - Act as the initial point of contact for all Customer issues/queries
- Develop in-depth knowledge and expertise of AEB solution set, including new developments - providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line Customer Support on a wide range of AEB highly customized solutions.
- Investigate, Resolve, Document Technical Issues - Document each service cases with sufficient level of details in the internal system.
- Quality Management - Ensure Service Cases are managed in methodical and structured manner. Deliver quality support services.
- Status Reporting - Monitor and report service case / customer trends.
- Support Phase Transitioning - Work with Project Managers to plan for internal knowledge transfer from Project Teams to Support Teams in a Go-Live Phase
- Knowledge Management - Acquire all Project Documentation from PMs and proper achival
- Office Network - Attend to internal customers on all printer and laptop issues. Proper documentation of Inventory System

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Ability to work virtually on Weekends / Public Holidays _(on a rotation basis) _
- Perform Ad hoc tasks not limited to the list of responsibilities mentioned above

**Requirements**:

- Preferably worked in Application and IT Support
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with customers and internal team.
- An ability to articulate and clearly communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple and logical manner.
- Strong analytical, problem solving skills and detail oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision, multi-task and take ownership and be responsible for the tasks assigned.
- Openness and willing to learn new solutions and grow existing skill sets with a positive mindset.
- Preferably knowledge or exposure to supply chain and logistics processes.
- Troubleshooting skills and a problem solver
- Team player

**Education and Experience**
- 2 - 3 years’ experience in Support Consultant or equivalent role
- Good grounding in IT and software systems
- Highly computer literate
- Knowledge of any of the following areas of industry: Software implementations as ERP, CRM or Supply Chain Management _(preferred) _

**Language**

Proficiency in English
