**Role Objective**:
To ensure the smooth running of operations on-site & ensuring that safety remains the top priority in the conduct of any activities - both above and below water.
**- Spearhead the growth of the SBU, positioning it as the leader in the segment
- Responsible for the P&L of the SBU and its growth
- Efficiently manage all aspects of the business. The primary focus will be to increase both the Top line & Bottom line.
- Set up processes and systems. Effective use of resources.
- Developing & nurturing a team.
- Manage underwater diving business
- Handle business matters pertaining to Commercial, Operations, and sales.
- To ensure ISO and various classification societies’ compliance.
- Inventories organize and secure all dive equipment in a safe and healthful manner according to regulations and standards, and dispense dive equipment to divers as needed.
- Manage HSC matters and implementation of safety standards as per ADCI and WSHC Singapore.
- Ensuring all operational/diving activities undertaken to comply with the relevant legislative directives and are in accordance with the Company diving/operational manuals and safety memoranda.
- Ensure that the implementation of the Company’s health and safety policy is undertaken by all the Company employees and/or the Company subcontractors on board the work installation(s)/vessel.
