Manage the day-to-day operations pertaining to the areas of cleaning, waste management, pest control, plumbing and sanitary system and general builder’s works.
- Manage, provide leadership and managing a team of building coordinators, tenant liaison executive and building technician.
- Prepare budget planning for the building, management reports, contracts review, vendor performance evaluation and monitoring building repairs and defect works.
- Manage, supervise and check on the quality of work delivered by staff and vendors. Ensure that routine maintenance works and services are carried out satisfactorily and adequately in accordance with the assigned or designated work scope.
- Participate in the building’s Green Mark upgrading standards and requirements, and update policies and compliance regularly.
- Attend to correspondences and tenants on matters relating to the building.
- Manage and maintain proper records, files, correspondence and documents.
- Work closely with the M&E team to manage the building’s facilities and equipment. Control and manage the use of common amenities and facilities in the building.
- Attend to any other duties as and when required by the Management.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree or Diploma in Building Management or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Possess good interpersonal, communications and coordination skills.
- Attention to details, keen sense of urgency and a good team player.
- Qualified to take on the role of Water Efficiency Manager.
