**Job Description -**
- Daily preparation (mise en place)
- Ordering of ingredients to suppliers and souce for new suppliers
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and equipment
- Take customer's orders and familiar with operating the Point-of-sale
- Opening, Closing & accounting for daily point-of-sale
- Count month-end food inventory
- Closing the stall kitchen and willing to dish washing

**Requirements:

- **
- Minimium 3 years experience in Thai cusisines
- Willing to work in an no air-conditioning environment and kitchen, i.e. coffeeshop ennvironment
- Willing to work as a Stall Sous Chef and able to work alone
- Self motivated and results orientated to meet Sales Target.
- Willing to take long hours work to run the Hawker Stall
- Must be able to cope with stress during during peak hours and working alone.
- Must have at least 5 years working experience as kitchen in-charge or managerial role.
- Passion to work in kitchen and deliver quality taste and food to customers
- Have the friendly personality to handle customers
- Can do dual roles on taking food order and cooking in the stall

**Responsibilities -**
- Solely in-charge of running the STALL kitchen
- Planning of food inventory to prevent Sold Out in menu
- Good Planning of raw ingredients ordering without running Sold Out in menu
- Minimise food wastage
- Cooking of customer orders for dine-in, deliveries and take-away
- Must have the food Stall's ownership in term of revenue, quality of food, wastage, food inventory management and hygiene & Cleanliness.
