
Sales Assistant Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Meet or exceed quarterly team revenue targets
- Understand and develop the Indonesia market, identify and convert target customers
- Manage contract negotiations and salesforce reporting
- Provide strategic direction to the sales organization and support to sales representatives as they manage deals from first contact to close
- Work on the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures
**Requirements**:
- University degree in a relevant field or extensive professional experience
- Personable and diplomatic in handling clients from all levels, with an understanding of regional market needs
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with a strong business development background in sales
- A proven track record of sales achievement as a sales representative
- Experience managing a team of quota-carrying sales talent
- Experience directly managing a pipeline of complex, large deals
- Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to develop and present ideas to varying levels of audiences
- Deep understanding of the sales process as it relates to Large Enterprise and Mid-market companies
- Hands-on leader who strikes a balance between strategic vision and tactical execution
- Fluent in Indonesia and English both in speaking and written
