**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Financial Management**
- Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Manage statutory audits, tax submissions, and financial year-end processes.
- Provide strategic financial analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.

**Process Redesign & Transformation**
- Review, streamline, and redesign core finance and related business processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, automation, and system enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to digitise manual processes and implement appropriate solutions (e.g., ERP upgrades, automation tools).
- Collaborate with other business units to align finance processes with overall organisational needs.
- Establish KPIs and monitor the effectiveness of new processes post-implementation.

**Leadership & Business Partnering**
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Partner closely with senior management to provide financial insights that drive business growth.
- Act as a change agent to promote a process-oriented and data-driven mindset across the organization.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) are highly desirable.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading process improvement or transformation initiatives in a mid-to-large-sized organisation.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.

**Preferred Skills**
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement certifications.
- Experience in change management and project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with digital finance transformation trends and technologies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
