**Deputy Contracts Manager / Contracts Manager**
- Lead/manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management;
- Review contract documents and providing cost estimates on tenders;
- Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work, variations and adjust budget projections accordingly;
- Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment including variation claim;
- Resolving contract disputes and contract claims, assessing entitlement for extension of time and loss/expense claim;
- Able to independently lead/manage large scale project;
- Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondences and documentations;
- Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders;
- Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management in the construction industry;
- Experience in infrastructure works such as roads, bridges, MRT etc. preferred;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment;
- A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented.
