**What is the Management Associate Programme (MAP)?**

In this programme, you’ll be placed under a mentor, receive training, and be rotated through various departments of GYC.

At the end of 24 months, and with satisfactory performance, you’ll be potentially offered a permanent position in the firm, based on where we think you fit best.

The detailed requirements:
**Eligibility**:
1. Singapore citizens; AND

2. Fresh graduates (graduated not more than 12 months ago)

**_or _**

1, Singapore citizens; AND

2. Cross-sector convertees (ie. your last or current job is in a non-financial sector)

This Finance Associate Management programme will comprise the following:
1. Rotation through Departments

2. Structured Training

3. Mentorship

**Objectives of the programme**:

- Gain an appreciation for how each department helps in delivering a holistic and the best service to our clients;
- Understand how each of us work together synergistically to deliver exceptional client experience and achieving the business goals of the company;
- Understand how our business model and goals work together for the benefit of the client, staff and company.

Departments you will be rotated to within the 2-year period:

- Operations & Platform Support
- Compliance
- Information Technology & Fintech
- Marketing/Social Media/Digital Marketing
- Investment Process & Portfolio Construction
- Client Servicing & Para-planning for Investment Planning
- Employee Benefits & Commercial and Personal General Insurance

**Management Specialist Roles**

At the end of the 2-year period (or maybe earlier), based on your fit and passion, we would place you in one of the specialist positions below:

- Legal & Financial Compliance Executive
- Employee Benefits & Commercial General Insurance Specialist
- Digital Marketing Specialist
- Operations & Platform Support Executive
- Para-planner & Client Support Executive
- Fintech & Information Technology Specialist
