**Job Highlights**

- Complete order management cycle from order receipt to shipment fulfilment and invoicing through Dynamics 365 system
- Liaising with external business Partners on commercial matters including pricing, leadtime, orders processing, deliveries, inventory management and general sales support
- Coordinate packing and deliveries with appointed warehouse and transport provider to ensure shipment are export out in a timely manner
- Prepare and ensure all export required documents are in place
- Placing Purchase orders based on received sales orders and stock replenishment
- Accurately update inbound receipt of goods into system
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in system for effective follow up
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- Sharing of best practices with team members to optimize processes and achieve efficiency improvements

- Possess good knowledge about distribution and logistics
- Excellent communication skills and administration skills
- Cheerful and outgoing personality with a high level of self motivation
- Result and customer oriented - very good understanding of internal and external customers’ needs
- Able to work independently and Pro-actively
- Possess good scheduling and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
- Be organised, focused on quality and pay attention to details
- Good knowledge of Dynamics 365 and MS Office products
- Speak fluent English

Founded in 2006, the Design Collection Denmark adventure started in Singapore, where the company continues to own and manage the retail operations of the Bang & Olufsen flagship store. Over the years, the Bang & Olufsen expansion now includes owned and operated stores in Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide. With the mission to bring Danish design brands global, Bolia and DCD have entered into a strategic partnership to expand the retail presence in the APAC region.
