Our client is an established Systems / Technology Integrator with global presence providing end-to-end solutions across the Information Technology landscape.

We are assisting them in the search for a Support Consultant focusing on management and support for IT Services tools used for in-house / internal stakeholders.

The client is based in Singapore and will be a remote work assignment (no necessarily based in Singapore)

**Position Responsibilities**:

- This role will serve as the main coordinator for primary and third-party providers as well as monitoring KPIs / metrics and adapting to change requirements and enhancements.

**Position Requirements**:

- Must have a Degree / Diploma in Information Systems, Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3-years’ experience supporting / using ITSM tools (eg: ServiceNow, ServiceAide etc)
- Knowledge in data analytics and able to develop visualization for demonstration and presentation (eg: Performance Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel).
- The role will be working on a remote work assignment (in-country or out-country is possible), however scheduling may vary from time-to-time.
