About the Team
As the SEA Revenue Planning Operations Specialist, you will be join the SEA Sales Operations & Planning team, supporting the dynamic sales organisation within the high performing Global Business Solutions (Monetization) Office. For this role, your analytical abilities, focus on solutions, prioritization and ability to navigate ambiguity will be critical in issue resolution, stakeholder management, identify and implement improvement to processes and programs. You will work closely with cross functional teams to proactively ideate solutions and enhancements to drive revenue, efficiency and sales enablement. This analytical and solution-oriented professional must be flexible and be able to wear multiple hats while working closely with cross functional teams whilst prioritizing the needs of the SEA business. In this role, you will focus on enabling business, specifically in the areas of business operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define and implement policies plus operational procedures related to key accounts, and channel sales to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Execute commercial strategies like rebates, discounts and added value policies for enterprise clients. This includes reviewing pricing submissions to ensure accuracy, and lead cross functional discussions to determine they are financially sound.
- Execute customer segmentation methodologies, distributed sales coverage plans, and development of long-term implementation and tracking processes.
- Provide timely support to sales teams on day-to-day operations, through strong understanding of programs and policies, issue prioritization and resolution.
- Prepare Business case summaries to fast track review process of financial decisions
- Drive pro-active intervention and improvement of sales processes to solve problems related to conflict management, sales effectiveness and sales enablement.
- Develop operating procedures and policies, drive operational excellence through identifying areas of opportunity to improve operations/processes, tools and systems

- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in planning, operations, strategy, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Revenue planning policy-making and operational implementation experience related to pricing and inventory strategies, customer success, sales enablement in SEA market is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and/or KPIs for mobile ads preferred.
- Analytical mindset; ability to develop meaningful analyses and assess feasibility of commercial proposals
- Proficiency in SalesForce or any other CRM, Tableau, and other
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite programs
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Have a passion for TikTok.
