Accounting
- Prepare payment voucher, salary etc.
- Consolidate staff claims and make salary payment
- Banking and payment functions - prepare bank transfers, cheques
- Handle full set of company account and ensure that the records are maintained in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
- Prepare taxation schedules and supporting documents required by tax authorities (CPF, GST, and other relevent submissions). Online submission on IRAS.
- Prepare month-end and annual closing activities, reconciliation of accounts
- Oversee day-to-day general ledger, accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Ensure firms’ service standard and reporting deadlines are met.
- Ad-hoc duties
Administrative
- Company insurance matters (source for various insurance such as medical, business, PI etc.)
- Updates of staff information, CV etc.
- Company rental
- Any ad-hoc duties
Qualification & Requirements
- Degree /Diploma in Accounting or professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent) is preferred
- At least 2- 3 years of experiences in handling similar position
- Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standard (SFRS) or IFRS
- Dealing with preparing of full set of basic Financial Statements and basic
- Corporate Tax Returns for small to middle company
- Independent, organised and able to work at fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Excel / Word
- Mature and independent. Meticulous and attention to details in performing admin work
- Familiarity with MYOB accounting software
- Familiarity with GST, CPF and Corporate Income Tax Returns GOV Submission.
Work Arrangement
- This is a part-time work-from-home position
- Attend to office 2-3 times per week
- Competent staff may be offered a full-time position.
- No work permit/pass holders.

**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,800.00 per month
