**Position Summary**
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition (TA) professional to lead our Asia Pacific & Japan TA team who will report to the Director, Global Talent Acquisition and Experiences. Our team combines SME and generalist recruiters responsible for all permanent recruitment activity across multiple business lines and job functions within the region.

**You can expect to**:

- Collaborate with senior regional and global stakeholders on their talent requirements
- Drive proactive talent sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, identifying the right talent
- Execute global talent acquisition strategies
- Be accountable for the Talent Acquisition process in Asia Pacific
- Onboard, train and lead team members to deliver a professional and proactive experience
- Perform other duties as requested by management

**To be successful you have**:

- 8 + years of recruitment experience either in-house or in an agency across junior levels to executive
- 3 + years of team leadership
- A track record of recruitment success in a fast-paced corporate environment in Asia Pacific
- Experience developing creative sourcing strategies that are linked to businesses strategic plans
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Provide a customer centric approach to recruiting across the region
- Influence and negotiation ability coupled with flexibility and resilience
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience with Workday RMS (preferred)
