**Job Summary**

As a Human Resource Executive (Payroll), you will be responsibilities include calculating employees’ compensation, updating our internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments. To be successful in this role, you should have a flair for numbers and be able to handle sensitive information. If you’re also familiar with Ministry of Manpower legislation, we would like to meet you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full spectrum of payroll processing including preparation of payroll reports and liaise with Melioris
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing
- Process resignees last salary payment with Melioris
- Respond to employees queries on payroll related matters.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and is meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Administer staff benefits and claims in accordance with Company policies
- Support in budgeting exercise
- Upkeep and maintain all employee records and documents in the Company's HR information system.
- Act as HRIS Administrator for StaffAny and Melioris
- Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports
- Coordinate, monitor and evaluate performance appraisals
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Commerce/ Human Resources
- At least 1-2 years of relevant HR experiences in Food & Beverage or retail work environment
- Prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports
- Able to meet tight deadlines and is meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Team player, able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Able to multi task and have good time management skills
- Bilingual in English and mandarin to liaise and communicate effectively with Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and determining appropriate courses of actions
