**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a poised and customer-focused **Retail Executive**to join this heritage brand’s boutique team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in luxury retail, especially in fine jewellery or high-end fashion, who take pride in delivering outstanding service to discerning clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional, personalised service to VIP and walk-in clients
- Build and maintain customer relationships using CRM and clienteling strategies
- Support sales goals and drive team performance
- Provide excellence in after-sales service
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support daily boutique operations
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
- 3-5 years of luxury retail experience (jewellery or high-end brands preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and delivering high-end service
- Target-driven and team-oriented with leadership potential
- Team-oriented with a proactive, polished, and service-first mindset
