**Job responsibilities**:

- Assist Project Manager with project tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements and specifications for audio visual systems.
- Design and develop audio visual system schematics, floor plans, and wiring diagrams.
- To be fully involved and oversee installation of audio visual systems, including equipment placement, cabling, and integration with other systems.
- Assist with ordering of materials for projects.
- Update technical documentation.
- Provide weekly job progress reports to all internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure that all audio visual systems meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Verify quality of work performed by internal resources and subcontractors.
- Test and troubleshoot audio visual systems to identify and resolve any issues.
- Continually develop the process of System commissioning and handover and implement that process across project sites.
- Excellent / Accurate interpretation of any provided technical documentation to ensure on site install works are carried out correctly and accurately.
- To ensure the termination and connection of all cabling and equipment is carried out to the highest standard, labelled, and installed neatly in accordance with standards.
- Follow up directly any issues or technical questions with manufacturers.
- Provide technical support to clients, including training on system operation and maintenance.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including system manuals, as-built drawings, and testing reports.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices for audio visual system design and installation.
- To provide feedback in the form of project completion reports or lessons learned sessions.

**Job requirements**:

- Possess with Electrical Engineering, Audio Engineering, or related education background.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as Project Engineer or Coordinator in the industry or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in audio visual system design, installation, and maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of audio visual system components, including video projectors, sound systems, led walls, and control systems.
- Software Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
- Familiarity with audio visual system design software, such as AutoCAD, BRICSCAD and SketchUp.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Possessing safety certificate preferred. (eg.WSQ Supervise Constrcution Works for WSH)
- Possessing a Class 3 driving licence (Manual) will be added advantage.
- Team player and can work independently.
- Drive to exceed expectations and deliver excellence.
