**What the role is**
- Technical Executive (Community Outreach)

**What you will be working on**
- As a member of the Community Outreach Section, you will support the Section’s community engagement programmes and events that promote community bonding, neighbourliness and a sense of identity in HDB towns. This includes events management for online and physical events, procurement, vendor management, compilation of information for management reporting and running operations during the events and community engagements. There will be opportunities to interact with members of the public during such outreaches.
You will also be required to take on general administrative duties.

**What we are looking for**
- You should be a good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to establish rapport with people at all levels. An eye for detail and a drive to constantly improve are appreciated as well. Prior experience or a keen interest in Events and Project Management will be an advantage.
Good IT literacy and familiarity with MS-Teams, MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint are expected. Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and related design/video editing and data analytics software skills will be an added asset.
