**Job Description**:

- To cultivate good Work, Safety & Health environment at workshop.
- To upgrade the skill set of the technicians through the Workshop Foreman/Executive, Technical Dept. & Factory support/resources.
- To ensure quality repairs for all service and repair works meet the service standards of the Factory.
- To monitor/update Asst Manager (AM) daily WIP cars status under technical support to meet agreed customer deadlines / reduce downtime.
- To feedback and follow up on technical issues with Technical, Reception, Workshop & Factory to resolve them expeditiously.
- To support the Workshop Executive to counsel workshop staff on poor technical performance to maintain workshop technical competencies.
- To keep records and accountability for all equipment and special tools are well maintained.
- To conduct meetings with the Workshop Executive daily on quality performance, workshop loading capacity planning, and operational issues.
- Support service reception for technical advice and conduct upfront diagnostic/test drives with customers.
- Monitor Come-back-job (CBJ) and FRFT survey results closely.
- Recommends continuous areas of improvement on implementation of preventive and corrective actions/methods.
- To prepare the “CBJ Report” to ensure workshop competency, knowledge, skill, and ability (KSA) is achieved at the monthly set target by the factory (i.e. e-Learning)
- To support and feedback to the Workshop Executive to prepare and update the vehicle roll-over report on a daily basis.
- Track return job (CBJ) and conduct an in-depth investigation with the Workshop Foreman/ Executive. To share and highlight CBJ cases to the Technician(s) to prevent a recurrence.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment and help to look after the welfare and interest of the workshop staff.
- Collaborate and Co-operate harmoniously with other BU/departments for the company’s common goal and objectives. Assist in other company’s requirements when directed and to work within the authority of a Technical Executive. Perform work with due diligence on other projects and tasks assigned.

Job Requirements
- At least 3 years in automotive trade service/repair, with 1 year in a supervision position.
- NTC 2 in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicle) or higher educational level
- Experience in basic product training
- Good communication and interpersonal skills Good management and supervisory skills
