**Join our rocketship** **Who we are looking for**: We are looking for a tech savvy Head of Operations to maximize our company’s operating capabilities and guarantee customer retention. You will play a pivotal role in employing strategies to guarantee customer satisfaction, manage projects and oversee daily activities across functions. You are a seasoned department head with broad knowledge of the business and is able to set and manage expectations, monitor progress and possess excellent risk, dependency management. **What you will be doing**: You will plan and organize the work in collaboration with the team from inception into production and from there into support mode, ensuring that the software Hubble delivers meets the needs of the customer and is in line with Hubble Product Vision and Business Strategy. This includes designing policies, overseeing customer success and implementing technology solutions. You will need to build strong relationships with customers and develop an understanding of the project's needs and constraints. You are not afraid to have difficult conversations or deliver bad news and can keep a firm eye on the end goal, challenging anything that would deviate the team from that vision. **Responsibilities**: - Lead the strategy development, execution, delivery and operation of all infrastructure, services, enablement, customer support, and operations that are provided to all functions at Hubble. - Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity - Lead a growing team of managers and support operational leadership across functions which includes but are not limited to project management, customer success and customer retention - Build a strong relationship with customers and provide business process consultancy and advocate Hubble products for use at their construction sites. - Ensure that projects are delivered on time and maintain high customer satisfaction levels through the entire project lifecycle - Handle all matters related to customer billings, including ensuring that necessary purchase orders are in place and invoices are accurate and raised on time - Being actively involved in the day to day activities of the team to improve team efficiency by anticipating their needs and removing obstacles that slows them down **What we need from you**: - Bachelor's degree with good academic results. - Minimum 8 years of experience managing business operations, with proven success managing multiple departments toward maximum productivity - Experience with project management and customer implementation experience within the enterprise software space is ideal. - Strong business acumen with an analytical mind and problem solving aptitude. - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to see things from the user’s perspective. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Passionate about technology and delivering good experiences. - Singaporeans (or no sponsorship required to work in Singapore) preferred. **About Hubble** Hubble is a leading technology company focusing on the construction and engineering industry.
