**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues or order discrepancies
- Liaise with operation team to ensure smooth order processing, fulfilment and delivery to customer
- Prepare and issue invoice as well as other documentation
- Other ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and a strong team player
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Experience in Ecommerce environment preferred
Pay: From $2,000.00 per month
