- Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm or 9 am to 6 pm)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assume full responsibility for existing customer accounts assigned to you.
- Grow assigned existing customer accounts.
- Identify and develop new customer accounts in the targeted market.
- Conduct market surveys and identify opportunities and trends.
- Create and manage lists of key personnel from customer accounts for secured business continuity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations to consultants and owners, alongside the Engineering and Technical Team.
- Effectively communicate information to management.
- Prepare forecasts when required.
- Contribute ideas and content to the company's marketing tools (i.e., website, social media accounts, brochures, leaflets, datasheets, and spec sheets).
- Manage day-to-day customer inquiries, questions, and issues.
- Attend site meetings whenever required.
- Acquire (if not yet employed) and manage a Sales Specialist/Sales Engineer, leading the individual to hit their target.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

- A recognized relevant academic degree in engineering with 1 to 3 years of technical sales experience.
- Highly interested in the commercial aspect of engineering while being technically adept.
- Drive with enthusiasm to succeed in tasks.
- Being positive, outgoing, energetic, and resilient.
- Good communication skills and ability to foster good personal relations.
- Exhibit a “team player” mentality and can prioritize tasks/opportunities and think strategically.
- Fluent in English; other languages are assets.
