- **Represent NCSS in policy discussions, including at whole-of-government platforms**:
- **Align NCSS initiatives with national plans and strategies**:
**Sector Analysis and Development**:
- **Analyse the landscape to identify service gaps and opportunities**:
- **Conduct quantitative and qualitative research in collaboration with NCSS research teams**:
- **Evaluate and enhance NCSS's mechanisms for service and sector development (e.g. resources, networks, frameworks)**:
- **Develop evidence-based recommendations to address sector needs**:
**Future-Ready Planning**:
- **Design strategies to seize opportunities and mitigate risks, and develop reports for NCSS leadership and sector stakeholders**:
**Oversight of Group Strategy & Communications**:
- **Manage leadership-level meetings as secretariat**:
- **Oversee Group workplan and corporate KPI reporting, to align with organizational goals**:
- **Drive communications for Services Group and NCSS website**:

- **Demonstrated ability to manage diverse stakeholders and communicate complex ideas clearly**:
- **Knowledge of Singapore's social service landscape**:
- **Experience in the social service sector is advantageous.**:
