**✨ We’re Hiring: Junior Personal Assistant**

**Location**:5 mins from Chinatown MRT

**Part-Time, 4-day (10AM to 4PM)**

**Entry-Level, Training will be provided**

Are you highly organised and detail-oriented? We’re seeking a proactive and trustworthy **Junior Personal Assistant**to assist in managing day-to-day tasks and streamlining workflows for our team leader.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily administrative and personal support to the team leader
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Assist with expense tracking and claims
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Run errands and support with ad-hoc tasks as requiredHelp with document preparation, data entry, and internal communications

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and work under mínimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceA positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
