Coordinate and liaise with Owners, Consultants, & Trade Contractors regarding Site Arrangements, Work Progress and Technical Resolutions
- Closely Track, Monitor, Control and Update Project Schedule and Work Progress on Site
- Plan and Schedule for Site Inspections according to Work Progress status
- Coordinate and Schedule for Shop Drawings and Sample Submissions for Approval
- Update and Revise all Shop Drawings at Site for Submission of As-Built Drawings
- Issue Updated Drawings from Site to all Trade Contractors for Site Arrangement, Work Progress & Technical Resolutions
- Conduct Regular Internal Review Meetings with Trade Contractors for Site Arrangement, Work Progress and Technical Resolutions
- Need to have good understanding of drawings and specifications of a given project
- Perform submissions to Authorities including MOM, LTA, NEA, BCA and any others deem necessary for the site nature
- Plan Master Schedule, organize and mobilize for project kick-off, work out construction and fabrication details, obtain approval from the Consultants and other key stakeholders
- Ensure submission of noise and site instrumentation monitoring to Authorities and/or Consultants
- Attend all Consultants’ meetings and all NSCs, Domestic Sub-Contractor’s coordination meetings
- Handle the Consultant’s representative tactfully
- Prepare schedule of material, construction proposal and ensure timely handover of projects
- Supervise all workers to ensure discipline, efficiency and safe methods to carry out the work and take charge of company’s tools, machinery for smooth running of projects
- Identify and resolve discrepancies and outstanding issues with Consultants and Client’s Representatives
- Resolve any disputes between Sub-Contractors, feedback reimbursement records and instructions
- Handling of complaints related to the projects
- Ensure proper communication between internal staff
- Ensure orderly distribution, filing amendments and update of project documents and drawings
- Prepare variation records and drawings to support VO claims and final accounts
- Assist in preparation of progress claim submission as well as certification of claims to Sub-Contractors
- Follow up on completed project matters during Defect Liability Period’s administration
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
