Role: Technical Delivery Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle, from project initiation, requirements gathering, and design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.

2. Provide technical guidance throughout the development process, ensuring solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with business requirements.

3. Partner with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and offer consultation on appropriate technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

4. Lead a team of developers, guiding them in executing projects, ensuring productivity, and delivering high-quality solutions on time and within scope.

5. Contribute to the design and architecture of technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with relevant standards.

6. Work with external vendors to ensure timely and quality product deliveries. Maintain effective communication to address any potential risks or issues.

7. Handle change requests, manage development issues, and provide timely escalation when necessary to ensure smooth project execution.

8. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure comprehensive testing, including SIT, UAT, and performance testing, while resolving defects efficiently.

9. Ensure that project documentation is created and maintained according to company standards and regulatory requirements.

10. Oversee budget allocations across multiple projects and ensure resource planning aligns with project timelines and scope.

11. Manage the deployment processes for SIT, UAT, and production environments. Oversee post-deployment warranty support to resolve any issues.

12. Identify and manage risks associated with technical delivery, providing mitigation strategies and escalating issues as necessary.

14. Ensure all technical solutions and processes adhere to established security, design, and control standards.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Strong functional knowledge of the Credit Card Ecosystem, including card acquisition, issuance, authorization, settlement, disputes, and scheme compliance.
- Hands-on experience with COBOL, CICS, Batch processing, EZT programming, and related technologies such as JCL, JES2, and VSAM.
- Proven ability to lead a cross-functional team of developers and manage vendor relationships for timely and high-quality deliveries.
- Experience managing large-scale card migration projects and leading development teams through complex enhancements.
- Ability to make technical decisions and provide direction on project and system delivery to meet business objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of security standards and industry regulations, with experience facilitating penetration testing and remediation efforts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Visio), and project management tools
