**Responsibilities**:
Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance and direction as needed.

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts through regular cycle counts and audits.

Coordinate with other departments to fulfill orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Train new employees on warehouse procedures and equipment operation.

Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to facilitate efficient operations.

Handle any issues or discrepancies that arise during daily operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment.

Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
