**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
- Present and demonstrate product solutions to potential customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for strategic adjustments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and technical teams.
- Provide insights on local market needs to enhance product offerings.
- Responsible for meeting individual annual sales targets as set by management.
**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of sales experience in the software industry, ideally in office software or SaaS/PaaS.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of software sales cycles and licensing models.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients/partners).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic market changes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural sensitivity.
Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
