Job Title: Head, Distribution Strategy, Performance and Compensation

As Head, Distribution Strategy, Performance and Compensation, you will be responsible for shaping the business strategy and planning for all Distribution channels and driving the development and execution of performance insights, compensation frameworks. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic planning for distribution channels effectiveness, optimizing compensation frameworks, and delivering actionable insights to support our agency, bancassurance, and alternative distribution channels. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying new market opportunities, enhancing channel efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration across Distribution and Prudential Financial Advisers.

**Job Description**:
Strategic Planning & Business Alignment
- Lead the strategic planning process for distribution channels, aligning with the Company’s objectives and market dynamics.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape long-term distribution strategies and annual business plans.
- Drive scenario planning, market benchmarking, and strategic initiative development to support growth and transformation.

Performance Management & Insights
- Oversee the development and implementation of purposeful business performance dashboards, insights, sales and product forecast and reports for the leadership teams, distribution channels and relevant stakeholders.
- Deliver actionable insights on sales performance, product mix, and channel productivity to guide decision-making.
- Lead sales and product forecasting to support strategic and operational planning.

Compensation Strategy & Financial Analysis
- Provide strategic direction and leadership in the conceptualisation and financial analysis of distribution compensation matters, taking primary responsibility for shaping distributors’ compensation structures, overseeing seller and customer campaigns, and designing recruitment schemes.
- Spearhead cross-functional collaboration with various function teams to identify and resolve business challenges, providing strategic recommendations for enhancing business planning, performance methodologies, and compensation structures.

Operational Excellence & Business Improvement
- Identify and address business challenges through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Champion automation, digital tools, and dashboarding to enhance operational effectiveness.

Working Experience:

- 10+ years related experience in strategy, finance, consulting roles in distribution and / or insurance
- Strong track record in execution of distribution strategy, strategic performance reviews, and stakeholder engagement
