- **Salary range: S$3,200 - S$4,000 | 44 hours work week, no split shift**:

**What you will do**:

- Calculate the potential beverage cost for every bars/outlets and compare with the actual beverage cost
- Involved in monthly stocktaking for outlets and Stores
- Perform reconciliation for the Store inventory to zero variance end of day.
- Be involved in F&B Cost Analysis for month end closing
- Check and negotiate all quotations from third parties
- Check all on stock level that they are within reasonable quantity and par level.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of recipes, event costing, transfers
- Work closely with Executive Chef in monitoring food costs
- Conduct check together with the Executive Chef and Head of Food &
- Beverage to determine wastages & losses, and they are kept at set target.
- Conduct extensive bar stock spot checks, buffet test, yield test, portion test, etc. in order to ensure proper controls in place.
- Support F&B team in terms of menu engineering and ensuring all menu prices in Point of Sales are current and correct and all menus are programmed.
- Prepare weekly and monthly costing updates of all costing activities including variance analysis, cost analysis including commentary, sales mix reporting, inventory movement report, stock turn report, stock variance report, etc.

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and familiarity with Quickbook software
- Well-versed in Accounting Principles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, highly driven and detailed oriented
- Able to work independently and in teams

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,000.00 per month
