Client Service Intern

**About the role**

Become a Client Executive Intern with Superunion, the world's most awarded global brand agency. During this internship, you will have exposure to the operations, strategy, creative and day-to-day client management of our agency. You will be a part of the client servicing team, working alongside the strategy and design teams to enable smooth workflows and delivery of client work, plus you'll learn about the company and culture along the way.

**In this role, you will**:

- Report to the Senior Client Manager for Singapore
- Contribute to small to mid-sized projects from conceptualisation to completion, liaising directly with clients and internal project teams
- Be part of the project team and help the team organise and run projects, develop POVs and contribute creative ideas
- Collaborate with an energetic team made up of strategists, designers and account managers to help bring the work to life

**Competencies and technical skills we will help you develop**:

- Brand agency process & operations: Overall, exposure to the holistic branding process, from client briefs, to proposal development, to kick-off, to strategy and design, and final delivery
- Internal client servicing processes: Active participation in day-to-day client servicing planning processes, team meetings, status sessions, project planning meetings revenue and operational exposure to see how the team functions and its role in the overall business
- New business: Active exposure to new business proposals, including developing scopes of work, doing research, compiling compelling case studies
- Mentorship & shadowing: Direct mentorship from Executive Client Director and Senior Client Manager, shadowing them in meetings and day-to-day activities to provide exposure to different industries and clients
- Strategy exposure: Assisting strategy team with competitive overviews & research, and presenting the internal team with findings
- External client exposure: Day-to-day client exposure, including attendance of client meetings/presentations, assistance with client communications, reports/status and deliverables
- Internal agency design: Day-to-day exposure to the creative and design process, contributing a point of view on design developments
- Operational & management learning: Time spent with Managing Director to understand agency vision, operational insights and management considerations
