We are looking to hire experienced Preschool Teachers to join our dynamic and innovative growing organisation. **Responsibilities**:

- To create a positive school culture
- To foster a positive and healthy learning environment
- Be passionate about nurturing a love for learning and in making a difference in the lives of children
- Be strong in communication, analytical, decision making and supervisory skills
- Be creative and inspiring with energy to match
- To mentor teachers in all areas to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to improve overall performance standards and competencies
- To set the direction for parent partnership, community engagement and talent management
- To oversee curriculum planning and professional matters
- To provide teachers with the right tools to better teach their students and the platform to better work with their students
- To monitor students’ progress and provide students and teachers with assistance in resolving any problems.
- Encourage creative thinking and learning
- A good team player

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in ECCE - Leadership.
- Registered with ECDA with an L2 in Leadership
- Fluent in English
- Additional language fluency an advantage
- Relevant experience an advantage but will consider teachers who are newly qualified with a Degree/Diploma in Leadership.
- SPARK experience an advantage
- Experienced with a digital Student Management System (qoqolo) an advantage
