**Job Overview**

Primus Schoolhouse is seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Education professional to lead one of its international preschools in Singapore.

Primus Schoolhouse offers a hybrid curriculum (SG and UK), state of the art classroom facilities and resources and a talented, experienced and dedicated educators.

**Job responsibilities**
- In collaboration with the team, nurture and support the children in their personal, social and academic growth by designing and delivering dynamic and responsive learning programmes;
- Ensure that planning, preparation, recording, assessment and reporting meet the children’s needs and the School’s philosophy;
- Value holistic education,
- Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment;
- Planning, Teaching and Class Management;
- Monitoring, Assessment, Recording, Reporting;
- Curriculum Development;
- School development;
- Maintain the positive ethos and core values of the school.

**Job Requirements**
- 8 years experience in a similar setting
- Dynamic, energetic and professional educator
- Demonstrate high level of communication skills
- Experience in managing, setting up, and leading a Early Childhood centre would be highly desirable.
- Experience in leadership of International Schools would be desirable.
- Minimally a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (Teaching & Learning) and/or a ECDA Leadership certification is required.
- Absolute fluency in English. Other language abilities would be preferred but not essential (to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders).
