**Your Role**:
As our **Centre Principal**, you will:

- Lead the overall operations, programme development, and strategic direction of the Centre.
- Build and sustain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Establish strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the wider community.
- Mentor and develop teachers to uphold the Centre’s excellence in pedagogy and care.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with ECDA and other authorities.
- Drive enrolment growth through excellent parent engagement and sales capabilities.
- Achieve annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by ECDA and the Centre.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔️ Minimum **Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Leadership**or equivalent.
✔️ Proven experience in leading a preschool or childcare centre.
✔️ Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
✔️ Sales-oriented with a track record in enrolment growth (additional incentives provided).
✔️ Passionate about early childhood education and committed to building a nurturing, inquiry-based learning environment.
✔️ Ability to problem-solve, multitask, and build trusting, respectful relationships with staff and families.
