Singapore BRIGHT SPARKS INFANT CARE PTE. LTD. Full time $35,000 - $45,000 per year

Bright Sparks Infant Care is a leading provider of early childhood care and education, offering a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for infants to learn and grow.

We are seeking a full-time Conditional Infant Care Principal — someone who is passionate about early childhood education and currently pursuing their Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL). We are NOT seeking an experienced Principal but someone who is currently undergoing or has very recently completed their course or someone who has just started on their course. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring leader to grow with us, gain hands-on experience, and lead a dedicated team while continuing their professional development. The centre will work around your course schedule.

5. Compliance, Safety & Quality Assurance
  • Support the implementation of ECDA regulations, licensing requirements, and centre policies.
