ABOUT THIS ROLE:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting blockchain projects, enterprise partners, and crypto-native clients.
- Identify, qualify, and close high-value leads through outreach, networking, events, and inbound channels.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including developers, and C-level executives in the Web3 space.
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of our blockchain solutions in technical and business terms.
- Maintain and report on a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and partnerships teams to align go-to-market efforts.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in Web3.
- Monitor social media trends, platform developments, and competitor strategies with in the Web3 landscape.
- Monitor and analyse and report on Marketing Metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Lead community-building initiatives on platforms like Telegram, Discord, Reddit, and other relevant channels
- Engage with community members to foster a loyal user base, address concerns, and drive engagement.
- Organize and participate in community events, AMAs, and online discussions.
- Create compelling content (articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, social media posts) to educate and engage the audience on Web3 topics.
- Collaborate with community managers to provide timely and transparent updates, AMAs, and regular product information.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality promotional materials.
- Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence on platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging Web3 social platforms
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5+ Yrs of Experience in B2B Sales, Ideally in Saas, Tech, or Blockchain/web3
- Strong Knowledge of blockchain technology, Cryptocurrency, NFT’s, DeFi, or related sectors.
- Proven Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent Communication, negotiation, and Presentation skills.
- Ability to build and manage, a full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort in a fast paced, decentralized environment.
- Fluent in English (additional language are a plus)
preferred qualifications
- Masters / bachelor’s in marketing & communications or business management.
- Existing network within the Web3 ecosystem (e.g., VCs, protocols, DAOs, dApps).
- Understanding of smart contracts and decentralized protocols.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
