**J**Are you an energetic, enthusiastic individual who loves the outdoors, water activities, and engaging with children? Do you enjoy working in a fun, dynamic environment, particularly in pool settings and water theme parks? If so, we want you on our team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate water-based activities, pool games, and outdoor fun for children at events and water parks.
- Engage with kids in a friendly, enthusiastic manner, ensuring their safety while they enjoy water attractions.
- Communicate effectively with both children and parents, providing excellent customer service in a water park or pool environment.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and children are supervised at all times during water activities.
- Maintain a positive, energetic atmosphere that encourages participation and enjoyment in and around the water.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event equipment, including pool-related gear, as needed.
- Collaborate with other crew members to ensure smooth operation of activities in the water park or pool area.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with children (as a childcare teacher, preschool teacher, babysitter, or camp facilitator) is preferred.
- Comfort in working in pool environments and with water-based activities is a must.
- Friendly and approachable personality with a big smile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for outdoor activities, especially water-themed fun, and engaging with kids.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must be able to work well in a team and independently.
- First aid and water safety certification is a plus (but not required).
- Loves interacting with children and making their day memorable in a pool or water park setting.
- Enjoys the outdoors and thrives in water-themed environments.
- Has a proactive, can-do attitude with great problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and stays calm under pressure, particularly around water activities.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
