Micron’s Singapore Process Development (PD) team within Technology Development (TD) is seeking a talented engineer to lead process development in **Oxidation, Diffusion, Cell Films, and Ion Implant** for advanced NAND Flash technologies. You will drive innovation in **Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD)**, **Low Pressure Chemical Vapor Deposition (LPCVD)**, and Ion impl**antation processes**, supporting the development and transfer of cutting-edge semiconductor nodes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and optimize processes for Oxidation, Diffusion, Cell Films, and Ion Implant to meet product specifications and program timelines.
- Characterize and troubleshoot thin film processes using advanced metrology and analysis tools.
- Lead experiments using statistical methods (DOE, SPC) to improve process capability and reduce variability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Integration, Metrology, Surface Characterization, Electrical Failure Analysis, Yield Enhancement, Manufacturing, and Equipment Vendors.
- Support technology transfer and ramp-up activities for new products across global manufacturing sites.
- Document process changes, maintain control systems, and ensure robust process performance.
- Manage technical projects and contribute to fundamental research initiatives.
- Provide weekend support for R&D pilot line operations when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process fundamentals, especially in thin film deposition and ion implantation.
- Experience in cleanroom process development and pilot line support is preferred.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel for business and support global technology transfer.
