**Key Responsibilities**

**E-Commerce Management**
- Conduct **market, industry, and competitor research**to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage and optimize product listings, including **images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory**across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, Amazon, etc.).
- Oversee **order processing, fulfillment, payments, refunds/returns**, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams (brand personnel, operations, and logistics) to ensure smooth execution of daily tasks.
- Maintain **consistent product pricing**across all online sales channels and the company website.
- Build and maintain **strong relationships with e-commerce platform partners**to maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities.
- Plan, manage, and execute **promotional campaigns**for online shopping platforms.
- Continuously improve **website and e-commerce conversion rates**through UI/UX enhancements, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.

**Digital Marketing & Content Creation**
- Manage and create **engaging social media content**for all brand accounts.
- Design and create **marketing collaterals**for both online and offline promotions.
- Develop **high-quality product descriptions and hero images**for the website and online platforms.
- Plan and coordinate sponsorships and events with relevant internal and external parties.
- Support **marketing initiatives and administrative tasks**, including invoicing and delivery coordination.

**Requirements**:

- **1 to 2 years of experience**in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for e-commerce are welcome to apply.
- Minimum **N/O Level, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree**in any relevant field.
- Experience in **content creation and design**is an advantage.
- Familiarity with **e-commerce platforms**(Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, etc.) is required.
- Basic proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator**for design tasks.
- Highly **independent, proactive, and detail-oriented**, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
