If so, then you might be our new Digital Innovation Analyst.

**About the Department**

The Digital Innovation Hub (DIH) Singapore is a recently established team and is part of a global department called the Business Innovation Garage (BIG), based in our HQ in Denmark, with Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) in Brazil, UK, Israel, Germany, Bangalore, Shanghai, and the US. The BIG unit is a rapidly expanding division focused on four primary domains:

- Creation of an innovation lab that will allow communities to come together to innovate, build a passionate culture, and establish space for experimentation supporting initiatives that challenge the status quo and leverage new technologies.
- Support the organization in the definition of the digital strategy and its implementation across the organization.
- Explore the limits of technology and its impact on cardiometabolic patients to untap the next big digital disruptor in healthcare.
- Accelerate the digital transformation of NN by supporting the organization in boosting partnerships with start-ups in digital healthcare.

DIH Singapore has a strong anchoring in the APAC organization and ecosystem, and is a joint effort of Global Digital, Data & IT (DDIT) and International Operations (IO).

**The Position**

As a DIH Analyst, you will participate in the following areas of the innovation hub to acquire ex-tensive insight into the regional business dynamics:

- Support in developing new business models, essential project documentation, and presenta-tions aimed at creating a lasting and sustainable commercial innovation impact in the region.
- Contribute to the ideation and implementation of commercial strategy and digital partner-ships to address business challenges and opportunities in the APAC region.
- Engage in stakeholder management and communication to ensure alignment and garner support for innovation initiatives within the APAC region.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or master's in IT and/or Business, Innovation, or Strategy.
- Experience working in venture capital, consulting, and/or product management in a corporate. Experience and passion for startup investments from a digital perspective and/or knowledge of working with or in start-ups and digital healthcare will be a plus.
- Strong analytical, technical, and business acumen is needed to navigate the landscape of startups and translate uncertainties into tangible opportunities for Novo Nordisk.
