DESIGNATION : Systems Analyst SAP Logistics (SD/MM)

RESPONSIBILITIES

NE Digital is currently hiring for Systems Analyst SAP Logistics to join Enterprise Engineering.

The Enterprise Engineering design and execute products, tools, and services to help power NTUC employees. The team looks at technology from a creative perspective and builds innovative, people-centric enterprise solutions that deliver seamless experiences for NTUC employees that use them, and allowing them to work more efficiently and have more connected experiences at work.

Our team also builds custom product solutions tailored to the unique needs of NTUC to streamline workflows and automate processes creating a better experience for our employees and to power our productivity and reduce third party software licensing costs.
- Obtain and analyze business requirements, conduct feasibility study and recommend cost effective solution.
- Design, implement, test and deploy SAP MM solutions including executing data migration and cutover activities.
- Document all implementation methodology documents, prepare user guide, assist users in UAT and timely resolve all pending issues.
- Resolve production incident issue in timely manner to meet agreed SLA.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a successful project outcome.
- Monitor effectiveness of deployed solutions periodically and provide on-going support for bug fixes and continual improvement.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by superior.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or related field.
- At least 5-7 years hands on experiences in SAP MM/SD/PP modules with minimum 1-2 implementation cycle.
- At least 2-3 years experiences in ABAP Programming.
- Must have knowledge in Indirect Procurement implementation with SAP MM.
- Integration knowledge with other modules: FI/CO/SD/MM/QM
- Very familiar with implementation methodology and data migration tools.
- Experiences with S4 HANA is an advantage but not a must.
- Creative/Innovative thinking, Customer focus, result driven, Team player, positive attitude, solid communication skill and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
